“Working with various organisations, learning more about their goals and helping people to contribute during the change process is most rewarding. Being a Change Manager requires flexibility, agility and focus. I love the dynamic world we live in and helping others overcome fear and embrace change. I thrive on situations where I can help users gain clarity and business context from what initially seems to them like complex change which is impossible to navigate through.”
