We clarify the customer’s business drivers, expectations, plus RDS and beyond-RDS scope. We insure the customer understands what Rapid means from an implementation perspective. This keeps risk under control, and minimizes disruption in fast-moving projects.

By involving key business users and leaders intimately in the project, SAP Consulting helps customers get a head start on change management and user adoption. Thanks for your comment. I personally have not been involved with implementing any of these rapid deployment solutions, so I can’t comment. However, accelerated implementations (including SAP Business ByDesign) seem to be the way of the future.
